FuturaOps — billing leakage calculator
· 4,000 orders and 250 pallets in the month
· Should have billed $19,100 at our own rates
· $1,600 not invoiced, 8.4% of the total

Run it yourself: https://futuraops.com

Method: should have billed = orders x pick and pack fee + extra items x extra item fee + orders x materials charge + pallets x storage rate + other charges. The gap is that total minus what you invoiced. It only counts the charges you enter, so anything missing from your rate card is not counted. The free Billing Leakage Audit checks each order and storage record instead.
